1. Services Provided:
1.1 Artist Management Services:

- Comprehensive marketing strategies to build the Artist's brand and effectively reach their target audience.
- Marketing and promotion services focused on industry connections and access to professionals within the music industry, including record labels and networking opportunities.
1.2 Recording Services:
The Manager shall offer professional recording services, which include:
- Studio recording sessions in acoustically optimized studios equipped with top-tier equipment.
- Full music production services from pre-production to final mastering, utilizing experienced producers and expert audio engineers for mixing and mastering, ensuring a polished sound.
1.3 Career Development Services:
The Manager shall assist in the Artist's career development through:
- Performance coaching to enhance stage presence and live performance skills.
- Team building, including the development of a professional team comprising musicians, technicians, and support staff.
- Strategic planning for long-term career health, including milestone setting to achieve significant career objectives.
2. Compensation and Payment Structure:
2.1 The Artist agrees to pay the Manager a monthly fee of $500 for management services.
2.2 The Manager shall earn a commission of 25% from all bookings made for performances and other related activities.
3. Term of Agreement:
This Contract shall commence on the effective date listed above and will continue for one year. After the initial year, both the Artist and Manager will review the progress of the partnership and determine whether to continue their relationship.
4. Publishing Assistance:
The Manager will also assist the Artist in securing publishing through entities such as BMI, ASCAP, SESAC, and Nielsen Media.
5. Miscellaneous:
